BETRAYAL IN THE CITY

Some few years ago a bitter wife decided to set up the husband.The husband had been very patient with the woman despite her inability to give birth to children.They  opted for adoption.Apparently the guy had in his youthful years sired a kid with another woman.This was his secret.He took advantage of the adoption window to smuggle his distant son,whom the woman  had sworn never to share the same roof with(despite having never set eyes on him).The tracks were well covered as the adoption agency was  paid off too.However, the resemblance and other similarities were unmistakable,leading to many sleepless nights by the woman.Unknown to the husband,the payment made to the agency was not shared equally.This lead to disgruntled elements within the agency ,whose resolve to spill the beans grew stronger with every passing year.Since there is no perfect crime,the truth came up eventually.The marriage was on the rocks.The aggrieved woman presented the issue to village elders,in a bid to share the pain of betrayal,despite his husband's pleas.To cut a long story short,the  husband accepted his role and explained it as a desire to get closer to his son,which was never considered to be a mistake in the first place by the elders.The elders verdict was that the woman  was illogical and ungrateful, despite being the offended party.She was advised to learn to resolve her issues internally,to avoid unnecessary embarrassment.Since the man had been pushed to the wall,he asked the woman if the case would have been,in the first place ,if she was fertile.The elders demanded for an answer!None was forthcoming.The man was given a green light to be polygamous and sire more children! It is better for couples to solve issues amongst themselves rather than risk with the public or unreasonable groups. only time will tell
